High quality literature, from design and copywriting, through to photography, production and print.

InSinkErator needed a new generation of brochure to promote their Showroom Collection of food waste disposers and steaming hot water taps. With a huge amount of work on internally, Red Campion were asked to manage the project from design and copywriting through to photography, production and print.

Having taken a detailed brief, the agency’s first task was to formulate an approach to the piece that met the objectives and embark on a copy draft. Issues like the brand hierarchy had to be addressed and a fundamentally different approach needed to give the piece the ‘premium’ presentation demanded.

A positive reaction to the presentation of copy and a pagination plan allowed the project to go into design phase. Working with designer Scott Roderick of Communico and photographer Julian Eales, the agency commissioned a design and embarked on the management and art direction of two major photo shoots of product in retailer showrooms in London and Stockton on Tees.

The next step was to pin down a print specification and price. This achieved, the final drafts of the design were pulled together using a combination of existing library shots and new images from the photo sessions. It was then a case of polishing the final artwork, crafting the copy and ensuring every page was perfect.

The result is a stunning brochure designed to be a mailing piece to merchandise the range and a sales tool for the high-end kitchen retailers that stock the InSinkErator Showroom Collection.  All achieved whilst allowing InSinkErator marketing team to focus on other important priorities.
